At Febex Studio, we want you to love what you receive. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. How Orders Work
All orders are placed through WhatsApp. Before confirming your order, we verify stock availability, confirm the total, and arrange delivery details with you directly. This means every order is intentional and confirmed by both parties.
2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
We accept return or refund requests in the following cases:
- Wrong item received – If you received a different item, size, or colour than what was confirmed on WhatsApp
- Damaged or defective product – If the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (please confirm your measurements before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order details, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue.
5. Resolution
Once we review your request, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the item (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit
- Refund via the same method used for payment (if applicable)
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
